#WEEK 4/ Facilitator/ "Exploring tasks with Digitals for Primary School Children."

"Hello, I'm Pilar and this week I'm in charge of the facilitator role."

I am Pilar and this week I was in charge of the role of facilitator. In order to accomplish this task and make its development easy I organized the task the day before the meeting. The first thing I did was send a message to my group mates telling them what we needed to do and a told them to tell me which of the activities they liked, thanks to that we could choose the activity before starting to work. I also told them which link was the one we should use to download the document and I shared the book in our whatsapp group. Then, I created a chronogram, it is a tool we use in events to be able to develop each part of the event on time. I specified the time that each part of the activity was going to take, it was a very useful tool. Furthermore, as we had to answer the questions of the task, I made a raffle for assigning the questions, one question per person.

The day we met for the activity we followed the chronogram as I was the one telling what we were going to do and how much time we had for each part. It was very easy to develop the task as the things that could take more time such as organizing the time, picking the activity and distributing the questions, were already done.

During the realization of the task I tried to solve all the questions that the integrants of my group had.

At the end of the meeting, I disposed of what to show in each slide and we divided the work. I proposed to work in Canva as it is an awesome tool, it allows you to create from presentations to videos and you can also set the time for the slides which is great as we need to do a PechaKucha´s presentation. In addition, I searched for information about how to create this kind of presentation and I shared it with my group.

Regarding our social networks, I created several stories for instagram in which I inform the viewers about the activity done and its educational interest.

To sum up, I consider I have done my best for this activity to develop smoothly and correctly.
