#WEEK 3/ Facilitator/ "Potentialities of the digital in the classroom."

"Hello, I'm Cristina and this week I'm in charge of the facilitator role."

From my point of view, the task has turned out fairly well, but it has been difficult to bring it to a resolution. When planning how to carry out the activity, there were many things to take into account in order to get started. There were several problems to stay, since the schedules of each one were not very synchronized. So we were only able to attend one meeting for the assignment of the task. As everything was so rushed, I had to prepare the resources that we would use to select the potentials of Technology in the class.

However, as the meeting was the same day, we did not read the required texts on time. So, I decided to go ahead and summarize what I considered most important. But, it was too many pages, so I was able to do an overview. I considered that the potentials were of the innovations that the chapter talked about, because they sounded like such. Therefore, I said to focus more on that idea. In the same meeting, to go faster, I suggested that we could divide each innovation and select its main ideas. That way, we could read the essentials and not waste any more time. But, it was not so efficient, since I did not know how to develop the division, so my colleagues were able to take the lead and propose a better way of acting. Thanks to that, we could not take too long to select the main ideas.

When that moment arrived, we had to establish what the plot would be, so I previously proposed that we go with some thought out ideas. In the end, among all the proposals, we were able to opt for the option of "Informa-TIC", a superheroine who knows the power of technology for her daily life. However, before that idea, we had another proposal, but due to the difficulty of its elaboration in the comic, I had to think of another idea.

In the end, the process to carry out this task was somewhat stressful, due to the short time that we were given to carry out this type of product. But, somehow, thanks to my teammates, we were able to finish right away. I appreciate the communication that there has been, because I felt very lost as a leader. With your advice and suggestions, we were able to move forward. Each has carried out her individual roles as well, so I really appreciate her effort. I hope that if he touches me in this role again, I can perform better than for this task, as I am not a clumsy person without initiative. Thanks to this experience I have been able to see how important it is to have clear ideas and communication with the team.
