#WEEK 8/ Facilitator/ "Raiders of the lost PLE."

"Hi, I am Charlotte, and this week I was in charge of the facilitator role like in week 1. "

This week we developed Task 8: Raiders of the Lost PLE, in which we had to develop our very own PLE that we, as a group of teachers, would use to inform ourselves on how to create a youtube channel, twitter channel and a board announcement.

For this activity, we began selecting the content that we wanted to show in our social media, finally deciding upon history, as we believe it is a subject that can become boring at times and it would be fun to make it more interactive for our students. From there, we worked on expanding our knowledge about these types of social media, how to promote them and how to avoid any possible issues or failures that others have had in the past.

Once we collected all of our data, we created our PLE, which we divided into three categories depending on which social media they were used for. Finally, our star Pilar expertly presented the task to our classmates on Tuesday, putting an end to week 8.

As for me, this week I believe I coordinated everyone to the best of my abilities and offered help whenever it was needed. I was also in charge of our Instagram account, where I posted interesting stories about the contents at hand. In general, I believe I fulfilled my role correctly and to the best of my abilities.
