"Hi! My name is Bea. The application that we are going to analyze is Twitter. "
Twitter is a social network created in 2006 in order to share short texts, so-called tweets or images with other users. Next, we will analyze it in different ways and in different areas in order to get to know this app more thoroughly and check its quality.

CRITERIA BASED ON THE RUBRIC FOR E-LEARNING TOOL EVALUATION
FUNCTIONALITY

Twitter offers the possibility of creating subgroups or small groups among users to share tweets, messages, images ... These groups can be of a maximum of 20 people and can be created by any member of Twitter. We can also say that it is an easy to use app, which does not have difficult tools and can be handled by all users without problem, however, it must be said that at the beginning there is no kind of tutorial in which they explain how they are created the twitter threads nor does it give you indicators of what exactly appears on the main page.
This app gives us access to a help center, which we can find in the window on the left, where we are provided with help and information about some problems and doubts: Sensitive content, spam and fake accounts, account settings ...
The application allows users to communicate textually and visually, either face to face to all users or through private message, however, the possibility of sending messages by audio is still not found. However, some Twitter users, depending on Source: Self-made the server from which they connect, can publish messages through audios (only publicly).
ACCESIBILITY
We can see that the tool meets accessibility guidelines without any problem.
In this application we can see that there is a wide range of sections on tastes, types of content, user capabilities ... so that all people who use this social network find their place and the most appropriate way to participate according to their pleasures.
The equipment required for this app is: to have a device with which to be able to enter and have access to the internet, otherwise, it is not strictly necessary to have a camera or audio, for example.
In addition, this app is completely free and there is no type of accessibility that requires or implies any type of cost.
TECHNICAL
As for the integration of LMS (Learning Management System) it is not applicable to this application.
There is no problem why this app can’t be used from any device, as well as from any browser (Windows, Android, iOS) as long as they are updated according to the application.
The browsers available for Twitter are: Edge, Safari, Chrome and Firefox, as well as any browser based on Webkit / Chromium engines. All of them must have the current version of the social network.
For the correct and error-free use of the app, it is not necessary to download additional software or any type of extension, only the app itself.
MOBILE DESIGN
The type of device or operating system does not influence the use of this app, in addition, Twitter adapts to each device taking into account screen restrictions and other inconveniences that may appear.
In terms of functionality, there are no major differences regarding the use of Twitter from the desktop or from the mobile, since the same operations can be performed from both devices.
This platform can’t be used without an internet connection under any circumstances, since it is vital to be connected to the internet.
PRIVACY, DATA PROTECTION AND RIGHTS
All users who want to enter this app must create an account in which they must answer personal questions to complete the required data, as well as accept the privacy policy, local regulations ...
Every Twitter user has the right to decide what data will be published and in what way, as well as whether he wants to keep his profile private or public.
Users can archive, save, or import and export content or activity data in a variety of formats.
SOCIAL PRESENCE
This social network can / is capable of supporting learning in different ways, however we do not find in it a synchronization of communication of opportunities between users. Although a person, in this case a student, tries to register anonymously, Twitter is able to obtain information from this person (96.7% accuracy) and remedy their actions.
This application is known worldwide, so it has a basic technological competence, since most Internet users are familiar with it.
TEACHING PRESENCE
Regarding the interaction between student - teacher, they can communicate without any problem through private messages, in addition the teacher can follow the progress of their students from their individual accounts.
The customization of this app is reduced, the teacher can change the profile photo and the icon, however it must adapt to the format that Twitter offers.
Twitter does not offer any type of panel or board where the teacher can post the tasks or the evaluation of these, he can only do it by private messages or by publishing comments on the posts of his students.
COGNITIVE PRESENCE
With this application it is not possible to make any changes to perform tasks in an easier way, so once again, you have to adapt to its format. This social network does not facilitate in any way some type of system in which the student can advance beyond what is requested, unless the teacher guides them by private message. However, students can see their progress, since the teacher can send it through direct message or comment on each of their publications.
